Victorian, solid and golden oak pedestal desk. The 8 drawers to the front of a good hand cut dovetailed construction with oak linings, the original turned and carved knob handles and good quality Hobbs & Co. brass locks. Made without a central drawer but with shaped apron pieces front and back so there is no problem with the ‘knee height’. With an old full hide leather top. With the brass makers nam plate ‘Thomas Perrin, 56 Lever Street, Manchester’.
